Looting is a twist that featured in Survivor: Seychelles. It is a twist on Hidden Idols, where the winning tribe in each challenge have the change to go through another tribe's camp looking for a hidden idol, as well as their own.
Overview[]
Each tribe has, in their camp, an idol hidden behind one box numbered 1-15. After each Immunity Challenge, each player gets a rummage in one box of their choice from their tribe's idol boxes. However, the first-placed tribe in each challenge gets to pick one tribe's idol boxes which they wish to loot through as well as their own. So the winning tribe will get to rummage through their own boxes, plus the boxes of another tribe on the same day. That tribe and all other tribes will still get to rummage as normal, but the advantage to winning the challenge means you get double the chance to find an idol. Plus, if you find the idol of the tribe from which you are looting from, you know that the members of that tribe cannot have an idol.
